Three Christmas Eve Worship Opportunities

In 2023, North Scottsdale United Methodist Church @ 11735 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ, warmly welcomes the community to “Come Home” and embrace the spirit of Christmas with a choice of three special Christmas Eve worship services. These services are open to everyone and free of charge.
Traditional Morning Service at 10:00 AM:
Join us for a family-friendly Christmas celebration starting at 10:00 AM. The service includes the reading of the birth of Christ scripture and joyful Christmas carols. You’ll be enchanted by the NSUMC adult Chancel choir’s performance. Additionally, Sunday School for ages two to eighteen will be available, and their nursery will be open.
Evening Candlelight Services at 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM:
Experience the magic of Christmas with their candlelight services starting at 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. These services follow the traditional Methodist liturgy and feature Christmas hymns, scripture readings, and inspiring sermons. The NSUMC adult Chancel choir will fill the sanctuary with their beautiful voices. Both services will conclude with the sanctuary dimming as attendees light candles, creating a heartwarming atmosphere.
Throughout the year, North Scottsdale United Methodist Church spreads the love of God through Christ by offering a 10 AM online and in-person service every Sunday. Sunday school is accessible both in-person and online at www.nsumckids.info. They provide a variety of children and youth activities, including children’s choir, volleyball, mission trips, small groups, festivals, and youth groups. For adults, they offer online and in-person Bible studies, men’s and women’s groups.
