Aging in Place with Grace, A FREE community lecture series (Rio Rancho)

This is a free community lecture series. The “Aging in Place with Grace” topics are designed to facilitate senior’s understanding the unique challenges that arise as we age. These challenges can be, and often are, changes in our physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial health and well being. Our hope is that by discussing this information over a WIDE variety of topics, we can enhance your enjoyment of aging in your selected place; bring you new knowledge to comfort and inform you about aging and employ the grace that God gives to all of us in offering you support and advice as you age.
The faculty are local and nationally recognized healthcare and healthcare-related service providers who are donating their time and talent to improve the lives of seniors in New Mexico. This series is being hosted by the Rio Rancho Public Library at the Esther Bone Memorial Library in Rio Rancho. A short informative lecture will be given by a local or nationally recognized speaker EVERY WEDNESDAY from 930 am to 11am from Jan. 28th through March 25, 2026. These lectures are be given by a group of nurses, doctors, lawyers, and computer scientists who are retired or soon to retire and want to help seniors live better more productive and healthier lives as they age. There is nothing for sale and no profit to the participants.
The community lecture series is coordinated by Gail Levine RN, MBA, MSN-Ed. and her colleagues and professional associates who want to improve healthcare to seniors directly to New Mexicans through this grassroots effort
