God’s Reward is The Best Prize

If you believe God and trust He rewards those who seek Him, the most valuable prize is yours.

Whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

– Hebrews 11:6 ESV

Have you ever received a prize as a reward? Or gone on a treasure hunt or searched for the trinket “prize” in a cereal box? It was not really the value of the prize you were seeking. It was the excitement of the hunt. Plus, the picture on the box made it seem quite wonderful.

God’s rewards are true and MOST wonderful! There is no false advertising. And you do not have to dump out a whole box of cereal to find them. You must believe He exists and seek Him.

God rewards those who believe in Him and seek Him earnestly.

God’s rewards include forgiveness and righteousness through trusting in Christ and His sacrifice. It is not a list of dos and don’ts. It is a relationship with the living God who created you and has the best plans for you.

Is there a better prize than living freely in Christ? As you seek Him, you gain more peace and joy than the world could ever offer. Your reward is so much more. Believe God and look expectantly for His reward as you draw near to Him.

Tell God you believe in Him, and you believe He rewards those who seek Him. In trust, give Him what is on your heart and know His reward is yours.
