Trail Life USA Troop KS-1199 which serves the south Overland Park/Leawood/Stanley/Olathe and surrounding areas is hosting a Parent Information meeting 8/29/23 @ 6:30pm.
Trail Life USA is a Church-Based, Christ-Centered, Boy-Focused mentoring and discipleship journey that speaks to the heart of a boy. Established on timeless values derived from the Bible and set in the context of outdoor adventure, boys are engaged in a Troop setting by male mentors where they are challenged to grow in character, understand their purpose, serve their community, and develop practical leadership skills to carry out the mission for which they were created. Trail Life USA combines the traditional methods of the international scouting movement featuring outdoor experiences such as camping and hiking, the patrol system, community service, badge/award advancement and uniforms, all built upon the foundation of a Christian worldview.
Troop KS-1199, is chartered by Redeemer Presbyterian Church and open to all local families with a boy in grades K-12. We encourage you to consider the impact on your family and sons by participating in Trail Life!
