National Day Of Prayer Event
Please attend the National Day of Prayer event being held this year at the Midland County Courthouse at 301 W Main St in Midland. This will be a time of focused prayer for media, arts, and entertainment, governmental leaders, the military, churches, families, education, and other topics.
All through history, America has turned to God in times of peace, in times of tragedy and times of conflict. The National Day of Prayer has been permanently designated to be observed on the first Thursday of May, every year and is a great opportunity for Americans to unite in recognition of our incredible need for God. The President will issue a proclamation in Washington DC on this day, proclaiming a day of prayer for our nation.
Please join us this year at 12 Noon on Thursday May 1st at the Midland County Courthouse. This will be an outdoor event. People are free to come and stay as long as they would like.
