Family Life Radio Named a Best Christian Workplace for Fifth Consecutive Year

TUCSON, AZ (August 22, 2025) — Family Life Radio (FLR), a ministry of Intentional Life Media (ILM), was recently recognized as a Best Christian Workplace for the fifth year in a row. This national recognition, based solely on employee feedback, affirms that ILM staff feel valued, supported, and equipped to advance the mission each day.

FLR is one of the few media organizations nationwide to be honored with this certification, joining ministries, schools, and nonprofits recognized for building Christ-centered workplace cultures. The survey is based on the FLOURISH model, which measures eight key drivers of a thriving workplace culture, including teamwork, leadership, growth, and communication.
