Often confused with “Jesus Christ Superstar” which came out around the same time on Broadway, “Godspell” sticks to the Biblical narrative. This musical is based on the book of St. Matthew with several rewritten episcopal hymns by “Wicked” composer, Stephen Shwartz.
Join the cast in a fun romp through the New Testament with many of Jesus’ teachings and parables told in a fresh, entertaining way. The show closes with an impactful passion week. It’s a great Easter event that will be enjoyed by the family!
