Special Guest Speaker, Alan Cullen
Alan Cullen is the lead pastor of Community Church in Central Michigan, overseeing three vibrant campuses. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Alan first visited the United States in his early twenties, where he met his wife, Kelly. Together, they planted a church in the west of Ireland before eventually moving back to America. Alan has dedicated 28 years to ministry, serving as a worship leader, church planter, and now a lead pastor, with a deep passion for the local church and fostering healthy marriages.
Special Guest Entertainer, Peter Brooks
Except for 6 (awful) months in Ohio and 6 (enjoyable) years in Albuquerque, Peter has been blessed to live his entire life in Michigan. He began his radio career while in high school in his hometown, West Branch, and spent the next 48 years in radio as an on-air personality and station manager having retired three years ago. He spent the last 44 years in Christian radio with the Family Life Radio Network in Michigan and New Mexico. Peter has served on the Board of Greater Lansing RTL and Albuquerque RTL. He married his high school sweetheart, Lynette. They have 2 daughters, 2 grandchildren, a Labrador and a cat. He lives in Midland and is active in his church and in community theater.

Accommodations at Grand Hotel
After you purchase your tickets, you will receive a link to reserve your room online directly through the Grand Hotel website.
The Grand Hotel Room Rate for Celebrate Your Marriage with Jay and Laura is $475.33++. This includes your room, meals for two people, and is the lowest rat e the hotel offers to any group. Grand Hotel operates on the Modified American Plan. This means that your daily rate includes breakfast and dinner.
A coupon with a special discount code for ferry tickets with Shepler’s Ferry Line will be emailed one month prior to the event.
Please note: All attendees to Celebrate Your Marriage are strongly encouraged to book their hotel reservations at Grand Hotel, as meals are included with our special daily rate.
Attendees not staying at Grand Hotel will be required to pay the hotel’s daily admission fee ($12 per person, per day) in order to access all sessions.
In addition, non-hotel guests that wish to eat at Grand Hotel may do so according to the following prices: Breakfast – $49 per person; Dinner – $121 per person. All rates are subject to Michigan sales tax (6%) and require advance reservations by contacting Grand Hotel or visiting the Concierge desk.
