Children’s Promise Centers for our Back to School Bash
We’re thrilled to invite you to partner with Children’s Promise Centers for our Back to School Bash on Friday, August 8, from 5:30–8:00 P
???? Host an Interactive Booth
Bring a fun activity for children ages 0–12 and provide a free giveaway (candy, trinkets, or something exciting!). This is also a great way to share about your organization with families in the community.
???? Provide Food
Help us feed our guests! Whether it’s classic cookout fare (hot dogs, chips, water) or your own creative addition, we welcome your support in nourishing our families.
???? Volunteer
We can’t do it without you! From setup to smiles, your helping hands make this event possible.
???? Offer Security
We value the safety of our families. If you or someone from your organization can help with security presence, it would be greatly appreciated.
???? Share Resources
We’re filling backpacks for kids ages 0–12 with educational goodies. If you have flyers, pamphlets, or materials to include, we’d love to distribute them.
Whether you’re able to contribute in one area or multiple, your involvement will make a meaningful difference. Together, we can create a joyful, safe, and enriching experience for families as they gear up for a new school year.
