Jazz Ensemble Concert at Southern Adventist University – Collegedale
The School of Music’s Jazz Ensemble at Southern Adventist University invites the community to “Swing into Spring” during its final concert this semester on Saturday, May 2, at 9 p.m. in Ackerman Auditorium located within Mabel Wood Hall on campus.
Musical selections will include the music of Count Basie, Stevie Wonder, Duke Ellington, Chick Corea, John Coltrane, Buddy Rich, and more under the direction of Ken Parsons, who is retiring in May.
