Cody Hodges, former Texas Tech quarterback, is now the lead pastor at The Gathering Church in Rockwall, TX. While playing quarterback for the Red Raiders, Cody lead the team to a 9-3 record in 2005. As a pastor, Cody wants people to know that true contentment and joy is only found in a life surrendered to Christ.

ROCK THE HILL
Rock the Hill is an outdoor Christian music event featuring multiple artists hosted in West Texas. Launched in 2024 by Boom Ministries, the vision of Rock the Hill is to be a light for Christ in our communities and beyond. We are called to be a city on a hill that cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14). Rock the Hill is a night of worship and community for all ages, music styles, and denominations. We believe that worship ushers in God’s presence and that it changes every aspect of our lives. Ephesians six tells us that our battle isn’t against flesh and blood but a spiritual battle. So as we worship, we help spread the light of Christ through out the city and the nations.
