Join us during Cactus League play for Tales From The Dugout, a powerful night of faith and storytelling featuring professional baseball players sharing what life is really like inside a 162-game MLB season.
This year’s theme, “Inside the 162,” goes beyond the highlights and box scores to reveal the grind most fans never see—the daily pressure to perform, the emotional highs and lows, the long road trips, and the quiet moments in between. In the midst of it all, players wrestle with the same question many of us face: Where does my identity come from when success doesn’t satisfy?
At Tales From The Dugout, pro baseball players will offer honest, behind-the-scenes stories from the game they love and the faith that sustains them. You’ll hear raw conversations about perseverance, failure, purpose, and finding true identity in Christ beyond performance.
The evening will be hosted by former MLB pitcher Aaron Slegers and Identity Sports Executive Director & Podcast Host Zach Vogel, guiding meaningful conversations.
Whether you’re a lifelong baseball fan or simply looking for encouragement and perspective, this one-night event offers a unique opportunity to experience faith and baseball collide during one of the most exciting weeks of the year in Phoenix.
