Tips for Better Sleep
Do you have trouble falling asleep — or staying asleep — even when you’re exhausted? You’re not alone. Many of the small, everyday habits we barely notice can quietly disrupt our sleep, leaving us tired, foggy, and stressed the next day — yet sleep is often one of the first things we sacrifice when life gets busy. In this class, we’ll share simple, everyday habits that can help you get a better night’s sleep and wake up feeling more rested. This is a FREE CLASS. This event will take place in the Fellowship Hall of the Lansing SDA Church on Sunday, March 1 at 5:00 PM . Seating is limited and Registration is encouraged.
