DESCRIPTION:The Midwest Medical Center Auxiliary invites you honor someone special by sponsoring a holiday ornament personalized with their name and hung on the 2023 Tree of Love. The Tree of Love will be on display the second week of November through January 1 in the hospital lobby at Midwest Medical Center\, One Medical Center Drive\, in Galena\, Illinois. \nOrnament sponsorships are available in four different levels: $10\, $20\, $30\, and $40. Donations of all amounts are welcome. \nIn addition to your someone special’s name being on the ornament\, their name will also be listed on a commemorative poster also on display in the hospital lobby and in an acknowledgement in the Galena Gazette. \nA special tree lighting celebration will be held on Wednesday\, December 13 at 6:30 PM; the public is welcome to attend.

It may look like a simple toy\, but to a child in need this Christmas\, it is a sign that someone loves and cares for them. \nThis year we’ve partnered with Christmas for Kids-Southwest WI\, to reach the kids and families in Southwest-WISCONSIN-Grants County area for Christmas! Their mission is to be able to help as many families as we can within reason\, with the hopes of giving the children receiving from our program a Christmas they deserve. They aim to provide each child with 4-5 gifts to open on Christmas\, along with a stocking\, hat with mittens/gloves\, & a full outfit appropriate for winter\, which includes a top & bottom.
