DESCRIPTION:We understand just how devastating and heartbreaking it is to experience the divorce of parents. Sharing this journey with other kids who are going through (or have gone through) divorce is extremely helpful. A child being able to share their emotions and experiences helps with the healing process. Parents are encouraged to stay involved with their children as they go through the program and each week a “Parent Page” is shared that covers what was learned and how to process next steps as a family. \nDC4K at Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene (OVCN) is led by Stephen Ministers who are loving\, compassionate listeners. Through intense training and their experiences\, they walk alongside you and your child(ren) as they process the burdens of life\, such as divorce.
