Dear God,
As I face the challenges of bullying at work, I come to you with a heavy heart, seeking your guidance and protection. Why do I get bullied at work? I struggle to understand the reasons behind the hurtful words and actions of my colleagues. But in this moment, I choose to let go of the anger and frustration, and instead, I ask for your wisdom to help me navigate this difficult situation.
Grant me the strength to stand tall and to not let the words of others define me. May your love and compassion be my shelter, and may I be able to respond with kindness and empathy, even in the face of adversity.
