I need a financial miracle. A year ago I had a leak in my roof I called a roofer he told me to make an insurance claim because there's hell damage. I did the insurance company said there was no hail damage it was just wear and tear and they did not cover anything but they decided to cancel my insurance policy unless I get a new roof. The estimates I have gotten for my new roof are about $80,000 I don't have that kind of money I tried to do a refinance. It turns out that I can't get an appraisal because the house and property is listed as a single dwelling instead of a multi-dwelling through the tax assessors I bought the property that had my house and apartments on it in 2007. Now they're saying they were built without permits so they can red tag them. But they were built before I bought them they told me I cannot sell the property with the discrepancy that I cannot get the appraisal without the appraisal I cannot get a loan because the house needs a roof and there was two claims on the property when I try to call for insurance they tell me my house is uninsurable. The mortgage company told me if I don't have insurance by the middle of next month they will start foreclosure. I am praying for financial guidance, support, faith and strength to see me and my family and the three other families that live here
