My adult children were raised in a Christian home, but we’re not taught how to have a personal relationship with Christ from the heart on their own. They had more of a legalistic upbringing. I pray that they are able to see the heart of God and humbly come back to Him, to have an intimate relationship with Him as I have learned is so freeing. He is our High Tower and is our source of strength in times of need.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my hip and it is now also affecting my knee and muscles and the way I walk. I would like to thank all of you prayer warriors who have been praying for my nephew. He was in a terrible truck wreck in 2015 and suffered major injuries along with severe burns on his body.
We placed him in God's hands and he went home to his Heavenly Father. Please pray for our oldest daughter madison. She is really struggling and I feel the devil working hard in her life. Madison struggles with not feeling good enough, odd, different. She likes things that are scary or gory and that makes it hard finding and keeping friends. Not having friends has caused depression and thoughts of self harm. She had a neighborhood friend a few month ago that convinced her that she is Gay. Now madison also thinks she gay and is looking for answers and love in all the wrong places. We attended church, I monitor what she does online and have even added security measures to her laptop that notify me when something bad is being looked at or happening. I’m just at a loss how to help her. I talk to her, reassure her and don’t lose my cool when issues arise because I want her to always feel comfortable talking to me. What’s going on with our daughter (and many her age) is beyond me. We need prayers and the Lords help

My sister's grown son and his wife are living with her and they need to get out on their own. She and her husband have done so much for them- they've been living there rent free for two years and are now expecting. Both have been working full time with only car expenses. When the discussion came up that it's time for them to look for their own place they both made excuses and the wife walked out of the room and now they are avoiding any discussion of it. Praying the kids will be thankful for all the parents have done for them and actively look for their own place without creating hard feelings.

God hasn't answered me. Jesus gave examples on how to boldly approach the throne. And how to be persistent. He gave example of woman that kept bother a corrupt Judge until he got so sick of her he just gave in. He gave an example of a brother in the middle of the night asking for bread but wouldn't leave. I took his advice and have posted literally thousands of prayer requests all over the net. Prays for my failing health. Prayer for my failing finances and inability to afford rent. Prayers for wisdom, for true love, and so on and so forth. Nothing. The bible says God is not a liar. God said, "Call on me and I will answer you", "Knock and I will answer, ask and receive". Wherever two or more agree in my name I will grant them what they ask for", and so on and so forth. A lifetime of loneliness, stagnation, broken dreams. And now my health and finances so dangerously low. And nothing. Are you a liar God? Before all these people who read this prayer, are you going to appear a liar? It's been decades of such prayers. And nothing. Are you going to hide behind "God's perfect timing"? I'm pushing 60, the average lifespan in the US is 72. If there was ever a time to help it would be now, in all of eternity, her on earth in this broke body with my broke heart and soul.

1)Praying to be persistent & intentional prayer warrior. & just as intentional about spending time in God’s word. Asking that laziness and complacency be plucked out by the roots. Feel like our family is reaping the unpleasant benefits of inconsistent prayer. I know there will always be stuff, want to be a prepared warrior on the offensive. Rather than surprised and on the defensive.
2) praying to spend time with my daughter. She is on the opposite coast from me. She left a year ago for the military. Please pray for my son who is struggling with drug addiction and my daughter with alcoholism. They both are wonderful people when they are clean and sober but relapse back into their addictions far too often than a mother can deal with. They both want to stay clean and sober and have been successful for long stretches - I know they can do it. I love to be with them when they are well and try to be supportive but feel like I slip into angry, unsupportive behaviors myself when they relapse.

2. That surely goodness and mercy will follow Mateo all the days of his life, and he will dwell in the house of Lord forever (Psalm 23:6), and,
3. That his mind won’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of his mind (Romans 12:2a).
Ultimately, Proverbs 22:6 for him; Mateo will not depart from God’s training and Himself.

I have been chronically ill the past 7 yrs. There's no cure, and it is litterly physically breaking me down slowly (internally & externally). I know what it is to depend on God every day for some of the little things I use to take for granted. Some days I'm better at keeping my focus on Christ, and not focusing on my circumstances. Then, there are other days that I get sucked in to asking Him, why won't you just heal me....I know you are able.

My wife, Diane, had a severe and adverse affect to the COVID shots. She is retaining huge amounts of water, has been diagnosed with asthma, and will likely be in a wheelchair if we cannot get rid of the fluid. It is affecting the veins and nerves in her legs and feet so walking is nearly impossible. Her lungs are continually filled with fluid and breathing is extremely difficult.

There’s so much that our family needs prayers for. We are a mixed family. 1st let me tell you my fiancé and I are not married. If we marry I will loose part of my insurance and I have to many things wrong with my body to loose anything. We have lived and bought a home together in 2017. I’m disabled and he has since retired. Together we have 6 children (all adults)
He has 2 girls and a boy, I have 2 boys and a girl. All of our children truly need the Lord. Both of my boys were called to the Ministry at a very young age but have been running ever since. My daughter went to church and was saved and Baptized. Things happened at church and she took her eyes off God and put them on man and is now not going nor does she really believe. My daughter will soon be 36 has our oldest granddaughter who will soon be 14. She is in a toxic relationship. But due to circumstances Beyond her control has moved back in with us and her fiancé is in Florida with his family supposedly working. Says he’s going to send to send for them as soon as he gets the money together.
My fiancé doesn’t want my daughter and grand daughter here at all. Says she’s taking advantage of me. And she truly is not. She helps me. She hasn’t worked for a while but has applied for numerous jobs and has an interview Monday morning. My fiancé got upset about that. Asked me why she was going to work. I told him she wanted to help around here and save money to help them get to Florida. He said that was the way she was being manipulating. She can do nothing right. Ohhh just in case your wondering. I have never and will never turn his children away. That’s not how family does things. As far as I’m concerned their my children also. He is always complaining and I’m at my wits end. I will not kick my daughter out and I don’t believe I should have to. Him being a Christian should want to help her not hurt her and with the things he says daily he does hurt her and Our grand daughter. I don’t believe a Christian should act this way. I would like prayers for my relationship. We’ve been dating for 6yrs and we’ve been struggling since I’ve shared my feelings and set boundaries. We were engaged and he chose to out his ex wife’s needs over my own and I ended the engagement. He agreed to counseling to better our community and we’ve had successes. My counselor and I are working on me becoming a better version of myself. He has a 17yr old son and 19 yr old daughter that his ex uses to manipulate him. He’s realized it but won’t stand up to her. We don’t see each other much b/c other things are his priority. I know I need to take care of myself and stop people pleasing, but I struggle on a daily basis. Having been saved at the age of 8 and my dad as my pastor for 20 years, I have an amazing form foundation and the sweetest relationship with my heavenly Daddy that my earthly daddy was an example of.
My children were saved early on as well and in their teen years were so on fire God. During their home life growing up, it was an abusive environment. Their dad was addicted to pornography and several times I had to ask family for food, we almost lost our house ECT. My children did not know about this until I checked my son's computer and porn was all over the screen (this is when you had to pay for porn and it would pop up on your screen if you didn't have protection on it.) His dad said he would put protection on it and he didn't.
On purpose, to get my son addicted.
During this time, I was called to the mission field and returned with a passion and equipping to start motivational speaking (all the while feeling like a hypocrite because my marriage and family was falling apart). God still used it all to reach others.
After much counseling, the kids and I left. It was ugly!
Fast forward, my daughter was married for one year and divorced because of her "best friend". They have been living a gay lifestyle for 10 years. My son, has no need for God and married to a non believer with two precious boys.
I'm asking others to come and stand in the gap beside me and lift them up, asking God to restore their faith. We all have a great relationship because I will not allow the devil to draw a wedge between us again. They know they are loved, they know mom doesn't approve, they know God loves them.
God is using all of this (and so much more) for my test-imony to reach others. To encourage, equip and engage others to draw closer to God in the midst of such an evil, selfish, world. As I'm preparing to start speaking again, the devil is throwing darts. They aren't getting through because I have the full armor of God on! Thank you in advance for praying, caring and sharing this with me at Jesus feet.

Gracious Lord, my father decided to end his life through suicide. Noone can understand why he felt this was the only option he had instead of looking for help. Please be with those who have the same thoughts. Help them to understand the pain & trouble it brings to those left behind. Let them know you provide people to help in their darkest hours, & all they need to do is to seek out someone. I want them to know they're loved & would be missed if they did something to harm themselves. Bring them your mercy in their time of need. Amen.

Prayer for my daughters family. Her husband is dealing with alcohol abuse and they are separated as a result. The kids are 13, 11, and 8 and this is greatly affecting them. My daughter is not following her faith, my son in law is not a believer and the kids no longer want to attend church or Awanas with us. Pray that we can support and influence them but even more that Christ will take ahold of all of their lives.

29 of us from Gateway (Southlake) will be journeying to Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico on September 10-17, 2022. This region has the most unreached people groups in all the Americas. Things to pray for: safety, Holy Spirit leading, unity within our group, needs met and eyes opened to Jesus. Please pray for my husband and our finances. He's been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and got terminated from his job and been denied unemployment benefits. We're still trying to apply any help we can get. I'm not going to deny, but I'm stressing about how we're going to make the rent payment for next month. I’m struggling in so many arenas in my life. Even when I struggled as a young single parent I was never as broke as I am now at an age when I should be thinking about retiring. I helped a family member who is in dire straits, going into debt Using up my savings account, dipped into my retirement. This person is not holding up their end of the bargain and I’ve been strapped with the debt. I’ve never been two months behind on my bills, ever. I’m at risk of losing my home, my car and my credibility. I am angry, hurt, and humiliated. I am so depressed I sleep a minimum of 10 to 11 hours every day. I’m just tired of the struggle.
