A female person abruptly cut me off, and I miss her deeply. I keep remembering her. The problem is that I’m in a different relationship, and I’m conflicted about these thoughts. Please pray to be healed of colon/rectal cancer, female cancer, and any cancer in my body I pray for complete and total healing. I am a caregiver, a single mom and a single grandmother and taking care of my widowed mother. There’s a lot of people who need me as much as I need complete and total healing also, I pray for my heart as it is feeling not well. I really need to get off of the midnight shift. Not only is it affecting my health, but it’s affecting my marriage, and my mental health. Several decades ago I watched my parents go through a very bitter divorce. I vowed I would never do that to my family. Quite by accident, I have met a younger woman at work who consumes my thoughts way more than I want her to. I am attracted to her on just about every level and she is a temptation that I truly cannot bear. On top of all that she has shown interest in me. I still remain faithful and will continue to do so but it’s literally tearing me apart on the inside. Aside from all of this, I have begged my wife to help us grow closer to each other. I even wrote a heartfelt letter expressing how depressed I have become, and how bad things have gotten. Still there is a little to no change in my marriage. I don’t know how many times I can cry out to God. I don’t know how many times I can cry my way home from work or sit in the car until the tears are gone. I pray constantly. I am resisting this temptation but it is tearing me apart on nearly every level. I beg God to please get me off of this shift and away from this temptation. I have been trying really hard to change shifts and it’s a very complicated situation but God truly knows what is going on. I am on my knees, begging God for help. I just need an answer. Please please and thank you for your prayers.

Dear God,
I am in need prayers to keep my job. I have been there close to 5 years. I recently have had hardships that began last year (domestic violence and then a court battle with my ex over our child). I have had to request FMLA twice in my career here - once for myself during pregnancy (and then like a month of STD) and then FMLA again last year into early this year for my child's health needs.
I am eligible for up to 6 weeks of personal leave of absence at my job. I have never requested any before. I requested this last week off and am due to return Tuesday, after our holiday Monday. I filed the claim and they confirmed I was eligible for the leave option. I contacted my employer and asked my supervisor to call me back. I never got a call. I called "off" using our proper company protocol each day and informed them I was applying for the leave. No one said I couldn't.
I contacted my HR representative yesterday. She told me I may be fired over this as it may not be approved. She said they were waiting for more information to see what all had been approved for me before. I've never done a leave of absence. I've only used FMLA and STD. I have never requested workplace accommodations. I have used the overtime exemption request a couple of times in my nearly 5 year career with them.
It isn't like I've used all the leaves I have available and am now asking for even more. I just want one week of the 6 I have available to me.
She told me my supervisor and the other HR representative will have a discussion with me on Tuesday when I return and then they will work out a determination. That doesn't sound very promising. That sounds like I very well may be fired.
There are so many people who get away with things that they shouldn't. Not working overtime without filing the proper exemption form first. Coming in late. Leaving early. Talking and goofing off instead of working. Not wearing proper safety gear. Wearing purposely damaged (torn) safety gloves which is a huge violation for us. Using cell phones on the floor and/or using earbuds (all of which are massive safety violations). Skipping mandatory Saturday shifts when we have them or leaving the shift early without permission.
Nothing is ever done about these matters. I just requested a personal leave for one week that I should be entitled to. Now I am being told I may end up losing my job over it.
I am so upset. This is a great job for me. I make fair money. I have good benefits for me and my child. I have a consistent, set day shift only schedule, it is not bad work to me and I have a lot of friends there. If I get fired, I lose my set schedule, I lose my income, my benefits and I will be placing my abusive ex in a better position with court because he'll have a job and everything. I don't want them trying to rule that his job is better and more consistent if I lose mine and try to give him custody. That would be a horrid nightmare.
Please don't let me lose my job. I am so afraid to go to work on Tuesday because I fear just being fired. I pray that my supervisor and the HR representative will meet me with understanding and compassion and that they will agree to save my job and just approve my leave request.
Please let me keep my job to save a lot of trouble.

I've been stocked for 5 years. I can't get a home or residence anywhere because of it I just came back to my hotel room and found a boot print on my bedspread. Out of panic and impulse I accidentally wiped it off before I could get a picture for the police. I made a video anyway explaining what happened and I contacted non-emergency police. Dear Heavenly Father, I lift up Alan to you. He is really wanting to come home and I want him home. However I know that his lawyer said he had to put some time in before he could come home. I don't know what your will is for him but I pray if it's his time to come home then let it happen if by bond or charges dropped or judge signing for him to go to rehab.hes miserable where he's at and has to watch other people go home while he has to stay. I pray if it's not his time to be released that you give him patience and peace. Central angels to comfort him Lord. And I pray that it won't be much longer. I know Brandon was there for almost 5 years on assault charge and a mental health condition waiting on a bed. I know he only left when it was his time to go and I tried to accept that. I know Alan will leave when it's his time but I pray that it will be soon I miss him so much. You know that he's turned his life around and he follows you every minute of every day.
