Good news! My wife and I have reached a breakthrough regarding the man trying to not-so-subtly get with her. Bad news, we're not out of the woods yet. He's still trying to get with her, and her parents are still trying to manipulate her into divorcing me, but we're finding ways to frustrate these issues we're facing. Please pray for my wife, that she'll continue to stand her ground, and please pray for me, that I would be able to adequately lead her and support her. Also, pray that this guy takes a hike and that her parents give up their attempts to manipulate her into divorcing me--that gets old. Also, pray for us to be who we are meant to be, not who others say we should or shouldn't be. We know who we want to be, but others--including her parents--are telling us that we have to be people we aren't. Thanks!

My young nephews Benjamin and Elijah have severe/critical dengue fever. Benjamin's platelet is down to 50. Normal platelet count is 140 minimum. They are critically ill.

I struggle in my relationship with Brad. I need You to give me wisdom on how to love him well. You are my shield and defender. Show me how, when, and where to erect boundaries in our relationship.
I believe You are my healer. I trust You to guard my heart and mind.
Help me to love Brad courageously.
Fill me with Your spirit of truth. Compel me to fearlessly tell the truth with love in my heart.

Our family needs prayer.... My youngest sister committed suicide Aug 20, 2019. She was 44 years old. Never saw this coming. Back in late February I asked for prayer for someone who couldn't get out of their past and was having problems and pushed me away. I asked for prayer that this person would have the courage to contact me and that he be healed. Praise God and it is now 6 months and 1 week (yes I was counting and praying) and he finally contacted me. Please pray for my 3 children. Primarily my 11 year old is struggling to integrate into middle school. Every school morning is a fight; we have to physically get him out of the car and into the building with him fighting and crying the whole way. He has no disorders aside from anxiety of school. We are working with a therapist but anytime I think we’re making progress he takes twenty steps back. Every morning and chaotic, dramatic, and causes me to be riddled with guilt and nerves.

Please pray for God's intervention to deal with my husband, my sons & daughter-in-laws who got into a terrible argument & fight, aren't speaking to one another & have cut off all ties with one another. My daughter-in-law has always had a problem with anger & rage since she married our son. She has caused a lot of problems, hurt & pain in not only our family but with people at work, church,other relatives & friends with her outburst of anger, flying off the handle when things don't go her way or people say & do things that upset her. She get angry & blames others & will not apologize, holds grudges & with not say that she is sorry & forgive others.
This is tearing my family apart & breaking my heart.
Please pray for all my family that the Lord will transform & change all of our hearts, our attitude & behavior towards one another & that we would extend & show grace, mercy, forgiveness & love towards one another & be restored back into a close & loving relationship with each other.

Please pray for my daughter Octavia. She is 13 and having a really difficult time right now. She broke down crying and talked about how she hurt herself with a cat paw scratching her arm. Thankfully it wasn't much, but I asked if she had thoughts of hurting herself and she broke down saying she was afraid to live and afraid to die. Called her counselor, and they felt she is experiencing some sadness and will for a few days from the loss of her favorite chicken that went missing (probably coyote). The chicken was the last of the originals we have. She loves her animals so much and is struggling being without them. Also, her friends are going through a hard time and are depressed, so she is also sad about that. Please pray for peace to surround her, and that she will find that light and joy again in life. Please uplift me and my family in prayer. We have had many loses in our life and now we are trying to handle another one. My husband was killed 30 years ago, my older son was killed 15 years ago and now my middle son just died from a bone marrow transplant. He was 32 and leaves a wife and 2 children. This death is very hard on all of us. We believed God was going to heal him so he could still be with us all, but that didn't happen. We are a very close family and this death is very hard to accept and understand.

I don't know where to begin... I just know that my life turned upside down about a year ago, dealing with being diagnosed with diabetes type 2, realizing that how disfunctional my family is, trying to heal mentally and physically from trauma, had a bunch of male negative influences, never had a relationship (in my 30s)... I felt like a few years ago there was a awakening, it fully wasn't my fault, not Gods, I just now been trying to heal, it's been a messy process, a roller coaster.... I really need prayer, somedays my emotions get too much for me because my coping mechanism I build walls/de attcth... it's been quite interesting because I feel like I have been in a dream all my life.. and i don't feel like i really live my life because of it and its easy to keep going that way, i cant do this alone, i need support, and strength to keep moving forward and I hope God will open doors. I have been singing in music ministries of all kinds since 1993.. We recently moved to another area and a new church home.. though I have been scheduled a few times...I see the church is moving toward only having younger singers...and I am being scheduled almost none now...I am upset because I serve, I give, I pray, I attend meetings...regularly...and it seems like the ones who get picked you never see at the meetings or anything else for that matter.. not that I am trying to earn my spot or wanting to be a star or the center of attention but its not right to those who are faithful to the Lord and to serving Him....I have spoken to the leaders about my singing...felt they skirted around my concerns and didn't get a clear answer...the bible says that our gifts and our call is irrevocable... but yet we have leaders in churches that often make decisions that are of the flesh... such as showing favoritism to the young... I am not against the young being used, but I believe we all should be used by the Lord with our gifts and talents... no matter the age... Do not muzzle the ox while it is trading out the grain.... I love my church and church family … but I am really burdened about this ...Please pray for me... as I still have a song to sing and a voice to use for His music and glory... Pray that if I cant sing there, that He will open doors for me...to keep singing...other places. while still serving at my church home. and that my heart doesn't get bitter.. or that I get depressed...I am sure that only those who have been there and are going through this will understand fully what my heart is saying...Bless you for praying for me...about this..

Please pray for my relationship. I have been with my significant other for over 13 years. We have 3 kids together. He is always giving me the silent treatment and he is a person that claims he will never forgive anything that has been done to him. He is not a believer and it makes it hard to agree on anything. Divorce has been filed. Since then we have been graciously awarded a partial scholarship to attend the Hope Restored intensive marriage retreat in hopes to save our marriage, but even with the scholarship there are still alot of expenses I just do not have the money for. There's a sitter for our daughter and animals, as well as flight and the remaining retreat cost. My husband has been unemployed since March and we are barely staying afloat. I am praying for a miracle in our marriage and also for a way to afford the the intensive therapy we need so badly. Thank you

My daughter Brittany needs prayer to help her regain her confidence as she goes through training for her new job in London. She failed 1 test and you only get 3 fails and you are released from the job. She moved to London for this job. She has 3 major tests tomorrow that she needs to pass. Satan has been attacking her and she is struggling with confidence. She is also struggling with her faith.

I have friends (Chris and Larena Johnston) there that are missionaries at Hope Ireland Missions in Galway and they are trying to reach young people for Jesus Christ. School starts the first week of Sept, which means they will be kicking off events to reach teens and college age kids. I am just asking for special prayer
that God will open more doors for them as they try to reach all of Ireland.

I've had a rough week. I need a new job because I can no longer work for an alcoholic or a company that supports him, we have major plumbing issues (yet to be determined how much damage, the cost and if it will be covered by insurance) and I miss my Mom, who died in January. I know my husband and daughter are supportive, but it's just not the same as my Mom. My mantra since the funeral has been "it's okay if I'm not okay" but this week has been too much and besides not being okay, I feel paralyzed or overwhelmed and crying all the time. I pray for the Lord's strength to get back on track and to consume my weaknesses.

My friend Becky lost her husband in a motor vehicle accident on 6/11/19. He was the love of her life and they were only married 4 years. She is a shell of a person now and feels lost. She has lost a tremendous amount of weight and has a lot of stress. I asked her to go to my church, but I don't think she is a believer. We are in complete limbo, possible foreclosure pending a loan modification that is currently being reviewed. Not knowing is testing my faith and stress has brought on anxiety attacks. My daughter is seven and a half months pregnant. Her name is Heather and she is very scared and overwhelmed as there are complications. She is on weekly doctor visits and weekly stress tests, along with having to have a C-section. My first born son, age 54 has had 12 heart attacks in 20 years , 2 triple by-passes, is type 1 diabetic, has had 7 amputations in 14 weeks, dialysis 3 days a week, and has now been presented with Merza in his bones. It will take a miracle through prayer for him to pull through. His quality of life is low, has been on a (kidney, liver and pancreous) transplant list, but is now to weak to survive them.
