My sister Carolee met her oncologist yesterday and the "news" was encouraging at this point. He feels that the tumor is a "lone wolf" as he put it. She will start with oral chemo and once every 3 weeks she will have immune therapy IV. Please pray for complete healing and that she doesn't have unbearable side effects and can have a positive attitude. She is 88 and does not deal well with "not feeling good".

Please pray for my daughter (36) today. She has had a lot of past trauma that she has never dealt with or got therapy for. Her biological father left when I was pregnant and they have never met. I married and he adopted her. We divorced because he became an addict and they really don’t speak anymore. As a result her drinking has gotten to be a very serious problem. She is in a relationship (engaged) to an alcoholic (somehow highly functioning) which has made it even worse. She now has a baby which makes everything all the more complicated. She is a wonderful mother and loves her baby dearly. But I feel she is searching for something to fill the giant hole in her heart. Older men (father figure?), material things, money, a child, drinking. I have tried to encourage her to go to church, to have a relationship with God but she does not. It is so hard to watch her go down this path when I know the answer is Jesus.
My youngest daughter (22) and niece are visiting her this weekend and are going to confront her. I have talked to her in the past but it didn’t help as she thinks I’m judging her. I am just so worried. She is so unhappy but pretends to be “fine”. She doesn’t like to talk about her emotions, never has. Except sometimes when she’s drinking.
I am asking for prayers that God open her heart and that He gives the girls the right words. I pray that God bring the right people into her life and that she will begin to heal.

I swear the bills keep rolling in.....and we can’t keep up. My husband decided to change jobs this week and we lost his company car. We can’t even pay monthly expenses and now have to find a car, add insurance, gas and repairs to our budget. Me and our oldest (we have three boys under 5) have rare autoimmune diseases where we have to take meds and have severe food allergies so we can’t just eat ramen noodles every day. I own a business and have been struggling to manage health’s, household and finances while my husband does who knows what all day. No family around either. I need a miracle

Please lift my son & and his family in prayer. The mother has left (again) and took the kids (again). He can't get in a physical tug of war with her for the kids when she walks out with them so he has to let them go. He wants them to be with him at their home. This is tearing him apart.
A custody hearing will be coming up. I think I will have to testify. I don't want to take sides, but with her depression and lack of ability to work outside the home, and laying in bed not able to even do household chores or watch the kids, I'm going to have to say what I've observed.
Please pray for both of them and for the kids and for me....the entire situation.

LORD I pray for my mother Rosalia who is currently in the hospital. She is having lack of oxygen with a cough and congestion and wheezing. The doctor says she may have congestive heart failure. She will have an echo of her heart later on today and we pray for good results and we believe she is healed in the precious blood of JESUS. LORD we thank you in advance for your healing miracle. I have been divorced for 13 years and have fallen in love with a wonderful man and we are contemplating marriage. There is a great distance between us and we are trying to figure out God's plan for where to live. My life seemed to have fallen into place over the last few years with a great job and the opportunity to own a house. It is difficult to know if I should leave these for something new. God is the God of restoration and I want to place my faith completely in his will and plan.

-I feel like i am far away from God at the moment because my life is not the way the like it. I am trying to find God's truth and his ways and my faith is being put to the test by a few of my friends saying they have a hard time with God and maybe Christianity is just another religion that promote morality. Its hard for me because they sees me as a leader and most of the time I don't have the answer they were looking for.
-I am also insecure about my height because i'm 5'2 the same height as I was in Middle School now I'm 2nd year in college. I know nothing is impossible with God so I really want 8" added to my height

Please, Lord I come to you in prayer that I may except the things in which I can not change or take back in my life. My significant other has custody of his now 3 year old child, which lives in the our house with our 2 children and myself. The mother has supervised parenting time a couple times a week. I am at times having a hard time excepting and raising this child and dealing w/the mother’s lack of responsibility. It’s not the child fault. I hurt, that she’s not mine and things fall back on me. It’s affecting my relationship w/my significant other. I don’t know if I should just leave or stick it out for the kids. Am I being selfish?

God has been so good to me but I’m saddened by a lot of things happening around me. First my brother dies, and a couple weeks later my sister dies, and while preparing for her funeral I am told one of my younger brother has cancer. I’m grieving and understand I am ok. I went to visit my niece for dinner, and she gets a call that her sister was in a bad car accident, the boyfriend was driving, and he sustained most of the injuries and is in critical conditions. My niece is also in the hospital with broken bones and cut and bruises. Enough I thought. But I open my email this morning to the news that a very dear friend for many years has died of cancer.i pray for comfort for us all peace in my family and better if not the best health for those of us left behind. Thank YOU so much for all of your prayers regarding our son, Jason. He has suffered for many years with terrible back pains. Jason has degenerative disc disease along with spinal stenosis and this pain has been going on for too many years. My husband and I will be taking Jason back up to Stanford Medical for a procedure which he will be having on Monday FEB 10th 2020. I would greatly appreciate all of your prayers for this to be a successful procedure with relief from all of the pain that he has been going through all these years. My NIECE had a NURSING Carr-ear at The Department of CORRECTIONS. She Committed Violations in The SYSTEM & Was TERMINATED from her JOB. Ever since then when She Applied, She was NOT Selected because of HER TERMINATION at The Dept. of Corrections. NO ONE Will even Consider to Hire Her.She has LOST ALL CONFIDENCE and SHE has LOST HER CAR. PHONE, Her Whole Livelihood.

I am asking for prayers for my daughter. She's struggling a whole lot this year with her grades and juggling the responsibilities of middle school homework along with commitment to sports. I have tried to give her the space to do things on her own, but I am having a hard time watching her fail. It has turned into the biggest argument ever and always ends with her in tears and me so angry you can see the smoke coming out of my ears.
I need patience and understanding, but more than that she needs to feel love and forgiveness. I pray she doesn't give up and finds the fight within herself to be successful. I am asking for prayer for healing for 6 year old Bailey and for peace for the family. The church I attend has been praying for her in earnest for the past couple of weeks, but I figured it couldn't hurt to enlist a few more prayer warriors. The back story is she was taken to the hospital with flu like symptoms a couple of weeks ago (she was 5 then). The family soon learned that she had blood clots, had become septic, among other ailments that had surfaced. Her chest had been opened up recently so that the blood could be pumped & recycled outside of the body and then fed back into the body. Her chest was able to be closed back up on Monday which is encouraging news. Please join me in praying for Bailey and her family.

I am a widow of 3+ years and my grown daughters are having issues and have not really counted me in their lives. There have been many hurtful things said back and forth; I've apologized and taken responsibility for my actions but they have not. My 88-year-old Grandfather has had his hip replaced. He was previously in excellent health for his age, and very active. His procedure went well as far as we were told, however, he is experiencing more pain than they consider "normal". He is getting the run around with the insurance company and has been placed into a nursing home setting instead of a rehabilitation setting. He has only been at this facility for a couple of days and already has bedsores, is being left to sit in his waste, and is not being fed in a timely manner. I can not provide names but my 30-year-old daughter was recently able to finally go forward and release to the police that for a year she was held a hostage in the home of her ex-husband and beaten and raped. She had divorced him and was engaged to another man, who she caught cheating on her with potentially 5 women which caused her to go into early labor.
Both men are abusers and one has a long history of drug use and abuse, but fooled her through the AA program of the use of God. She is gullible and kind and forgiving, as christians are to be which makes her a target for men like this.
He apparently isn't talking to the same God we talked to.
After she filed the report, her ex was arrested. She then had to file for an injunction. Her fiance, the father of her son, immediately took her private information filed and used it in court to take away custody of her 2-year-old son. I have no idea who she is getting through this.
I have filed an injunction against the fiance and it was granted. This allowed me to take steps to expose him. I have a hearing shortly concerning his case.
Tomorrow my daughter faces her rapist in court. Her ex fiance is an evil man, honestly.He kidnapped his own child out of the jurisdiction of the County he was from without telling anyone or the judge. The Judge now knows.
She needs a LOT of prayers, please. Perfect? No, she is not, she is simply a woman consumed in a horrific situation but she does not do drugs, she just loves being a mother.
Please pray her ex is exposed and the Judge sees through it. That he extends the injunction that she can not worry as much about him killing her and he said he would do. She is in hiding at this time.

Please, I need everyones positive thoughts and prayers, more than anything right now. I need your prayers that the judge and commisioner are able to see how much we love my girl, to see that I despite being lower income and a single mom , I have raised this child for 3 years with no issues, and the ONLY negative opinion or disagreement for me to adopt, was made with unfair bias. While the state, the attorneys, social workers case managers and GAL in charge of looking out for the babys best interest, and all of my character witness/references are in support of the adoption, there was one person who didnt think I should be certified, and thay one person can derail it all. So now, after 2 months of laboring over this motion to appeal, collecting documents amd letters and crying and praying that we do a good job, now we have sent the motion to appeal the denial for certification, into the courts. From here, I wait to hear whether we get a hearing or not. This is the final hurdle in my journey to adopt my niece who ive had living with me since she was a baby, for 3 years now. The case has progressed through the courts and child protective services, they have requested her to remain with me and for me to adopt, parental rights are severed and the last part before adoption is this certification. I have passed all of the criminal, background, financial, medical, mental and psychological checks, taken all of the classes, turned in hundreds of documents, and done everything they asked. Unfortunately, due to errors and bias on the part of the home study worker who i feel seems to dislike me and has been working against me since day 1, some misinformation made its way into the report, and my application was denied. This motion to appeal that I filed is my chance to have judge take a second look and see the REAL me, the REAL situation that this home study worker did noy acurately represent. Thank God for my paralegal, my attorney, and all of the state workers who have helped me with the appeal as I never could have done this without them, God bless them and the friends that were willing to bear witness that I am a good mom and this child belongs here, and I pray that the Lord can see into my heart and see my love for this little girl, see that i have her best interest in mind and that I am a good person trying to live a imperfect but faithful and loving life, and raise God loving children. I Pray that the Lord helps the commisioner to see that this little girl belongs with me, see that everything is in line with the report and allow me to be certified so that I can keep her and not upset her whole life by ripping her away from me. Please help me pray that I am approved to adopt, so my Sofi can stay with me, my son, and my mother (Grandma) forever. Please bring kindness into the heart of the judge, let them see that although I'm not perfect, that I have trued so hard to do what is right for this child and that I will continue to do that forever if I am allowed. Help her to see that this was a big mix up and that I am capable of continuing to raise this child and my son and give them a good life. Please Lord, please help our motion to appeal go through, and let the denial get overturned so that I may be certified and adopt my Sofi.

Our daughter, Liz, her husband Evan, and our only granddaughter, are currently in China. They will be traveling to Thailand for training through E.L.I.C. Liz's English students are currently home for spring break. Some are home visiting parents from the town where Coronavirus has been so prevalent. Praying God's Bulwark Shield surrounds their health and their lives. ELIC has placed them there as English teachers, but they are there as missionaries. First of all I want to say that I am christian and I believe in God with all my heart. I want to strengthen my relationship with God by reading the bible but I'm not fond of reading. I try and talk to him on a daily basis but find that difficult as well. I find my mind going all over the place. I really struggle with this. My prayer request is that I would be able to focus more so that I can talk to him and to somehow learn to like to read. There is a mother and her four children in our church who have struggled for a very long time. She is a single mother and has not always made good choices. Her children have been removed from the home once before and two of her children lived with my family for almost two years. Recently, things have taken another turn and her lights were turned off so the two children have moved back in with us by her choice. I have three children of my own (one an infant) and am seriously struggling to work full time and take care of everyone! I am also not sure that the mother is making good choices and actually trying to get her children back.
