I am asking for prayer for both of my adult daughters and myself. I have a special needs daughter who is looking for a job as an office assistant. She is a very determined young lady with many good skills. She has a Christian heart and strong work ethic. She is good on the computer and possesses many valuable and useful skills even though she is special needs. She completed an office internship and did very well in the setting. She is looking for part time work, perhaps 10 hours a week in a low stress compassionate office where she can be useful and feel valued and good about herself. She hasn't had any opportunities or open doors since her internship ended in mid November. She was working at our church as a video tech for the last 2 and a half years, but due to reduced funding for the church, they cut back on most all paid positions and no longer use video screens during service. She now volunteers her time folding paper bulletins each Sunday. My prayer is that she will find an appropriate customized employment setting soon in which she can be successful and a blessing to others. My other daughter who was 23 at the time had her thyroid removed due to cancer in 2017. Since that time, while she has generally been doing well, she was very tired and edgy. They adjusted her meds but nothing really has been exact. Last fall she began new medications and strict diet changes to heal her gut, liver and adrenals. The thyroid medication wasn't effective at all and her levels climbed from 0.29 to 99.0 in December which is EXTREME! Due to having had cancer it is best for her to remain between 0.4- 0.8 to keep the cancer from returning. She is back down to 5.9 after a thyroid medication change. While this is trending in a good direction, it has been 2 months and she is not in the safe zone. I worry about her levels due to prior cancer. Also her liver level has remained at around 26 and the Dr really would like it to be at 18 for her best overall health. The goal is for her thyrogobulin level to remain undectible (to prevent cancer reoccurance), her TSH to be 0.4- 0.8, her ALT to decrease to 18 from 26, her adrenals to heal, and her gut to heal. She is on a 90 day extremely restrictive diet due to allergy and food sensitivity testing. It is getting harder and harder to tolerate this diet, but thank goodness she should be able to start reintroducing foods back in very slowly this week. She missed her follow up tele med Dr appointment yesterday due to confusion about daylight savings time change across state lines. This stressed her out. She needs to speak with the Dr ASAP to make sure she is medicating the correct way to get her labs down to where they need to be quickly, especially her TSH. I worry about all of this having a negative affect on per post cancer situation. Please pray for healing, good changes in lab test results and getting back on a healthy track. Give her strength not to give up on all of these difficult things she has been doing to make good changes for her health. Pray for all of her multiple Dr s wisdom to be given to her so that she will have good health, energy and strength. She is a Christian woman who is newly wed last April and this hasn't been an easy journey, although they have both been handling it well, but I think my daughter is about to get very frustrated. She is ready to give up on the difficult diet restrictions. I pray she will have the strength to stick with the plan and that the Dr's will have the correct wisdom to make her better and not worse off. Pray for her healing and to remain free from cancer, and regain age appropriate energy and focus level. I ask for prayers for myself who also had thyroid cancer in 2009 and a reoccurance in 2011 to remain cancer free and in good health for my family.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer on November 22nd, 2019. I've since had 2 surgeries, but my pathology reports came back showing they didn't get clear margins on either surgery. (they didn't get it all). I'm now scheduled for a double mastectomy on January 29th. I also have 6 weeks of radiation and 5 years of hormone blockers ahead of me. My husband and I (and other family members) are very concerned about my daughter, Rachel. Due to stress, anxiety, And deep hurt (broken trust in her marriage) she is starving herself, which has greatly affected her health. She has always been obsessed with her weight and Wasn’t a big eater. We have noticed in the last 8 months, things have become much worse, as she has become depressed, distant from family, is not able to sleep and is barely eating anything. ( maybe 200-300 calories a day) And she runs on her treadmill incessantly every day of the week! She is absolutely a beautiful young woman with 3 beautiful young daughters. We have had a recent falling out with our two older girls. They got into some mischief that hurt people over the holidays. Rather than remain accountable at home, our 17 year old ran away to her paternal father’s home and has hardly spoken to us. We are heartbroken and reaching to God, laying our worries at His feet. However, it remains in the forefront of our minds each day. We crave dialogue with our daughters and reconciliation. We pray the Holy Spirit speaks to their hearts and moves them in that direction. I know the Lord has this in His hands and we trust in His will and purpose. We pray for strength, peace, and comfort through this difficult time.

Please keep my 16 year old daughter in your prayers. She has been playing basketball since she was at least 6 or 7. For the past two years she was on jv and was a starter and top scorer. She just moved up to varsity team this year at school and the coach doesn’t let her play much and is letting kids with way less skill and experience play over her. He yells at and singles my daughter out in front of everyone. I know she isn’t perfect, but he is really taking her confidence and love of the game away. Good evening,

I come to you with a prayer request. My grands, and parents are gone. I have four living siblings, and we're all broke. I've prayed, done all I know how to do to bring us back together, but addiction, depression, anxiety, and more keep us apart.

My children are busy living their lives, and I brought a friend in who was living on the streets, motels, with bipolar disorder. I was hit by a girl in 2013 while she was texting, that changed my entire life. I helped my friend get on disability, and since he's been here watched his entire life transform.

In that time, I earned another masters degree in Addiction Counseling, can only work part time and I'm overwhelmed daily. I've been subbing, because my first MA is in Education. I've been trying to get my license, and certification since graduation in 2018, and it seems it is always one things or another missing. Plus it cost money to go through this process. I do what I can, pay take an exam, push on.

I was married for 27 years, and had the courage to leave after recovering from many things. I know God has a major plan for me, because I'm a big personality. I've had shows, sang my whole life, raised my kids in church who are both fantastic writers today.

I'm just at this place, and I've prayed so hard to let go, move on and walk into what God has prepared for me. I've looked for jobs where I can make the most difference. I know how important the family is. I know because I see children everyday who don't have parents because they're on drugs. The grands are to tired, and worn out.

Please pray that God brings me to the place where I can make the most difference, to let go of what I can't change with my family, and continue moving forward deeper into my faith. Please pray for my health, I'm growing tired. I've been fighting a very long time.

I've over come many, many things. Many losses, my nephew in 2018 to heroin. Sigh, Everything I do is intentional today. I speak in the school with the children and teachers when I'm there. I coach, and teach, educate, and provide resources, and prevention to family, and individuals. I counsel with folks online through my page on FB free, and sponsor many women.

I am a Christian, I'm just growing tired. I pray day and night, ask God to help me with my fear, and worry. It just seems like the devil keeps coming after me. If it's not money issues, car issues, not enough work, because I can't because of disability. It just piles up.

Hello friends.

The work my husband does requires him to go install fiber optic lines for people with at&t. He has to call them first to make sure they are okay with him going to dig up their yard. Well, one guy wasn’t answering his call, so my husband went to his house and knocked on the door. He could see the guy on his bed drinking a whole bottle of vodka. My husband took a risk with his job to try and help this man. He broke the professional wall and because a friend trying to bring the peace of Gods word into this man. He was talking about his life sucking and he is a terrible man. My husband prayed for him allowed and did what he could to help this man, Dave. He left feeling like there was nothing more he could do but to continue to pray for this man. God works miracles. God saves people. He hears our prayers.So I am asking my family life friends to pray for our friend Dave as well to realize God loves us no matter our flaws. And he can find the peace he is looking for in our Lord.
