I am seeking some prayer from my brothers and sisters in Christ on behalf of my boyfriend's job search! We have been dating for 3 years. He has been out of college for 2 years and has had some really hard luck in finding a career job in aerospace engineering. God is in control with time, but, recently him and I have been feeling ready for the next step into marriage but the lack of a job is what is holding us back. Please be praying for God to make a way for him to find a career job and for us to continue in patience, trust, and growing closer to the Lord in this time. And, please most importantly just pray for God's Will to be done in our situation, and for our hearts to be in harmony with the Lord and His Will. Sy Update:

We’re having a pretty smooth day! He had some tests and procedures done this morning, just checking in on everything to run some labs and stuff, so they had to give him some drugs for that. So he’s been pretty out of it and relaxed today. We just got the ECHO (heart scan) and EEG (seizure/brain scans) back and so for, so good! Everything seems to be where they’d expect it to be in his condition and moving the right direction. The dialysis helped a ton this morning and his oxygen levels are sitting in a good place

He’s listening to our prayers much improved since chairlift fall last week

Rose 84 yrs old, waiting on biopsy for clean margins to be returned!!

She just barried her 68 yr old daughter on Sat.

To whom it may concern, my name is Carmen Johnson, and I am reaching out because I desperately need prayer, strength, guidance, and support during one of the darkest and most painful seasons of my life. I am writing this from a place of deep exhaustion, heartbreak, anger, confusion, and spiritual depletion because I honestly do not know how much more I can carry on my own. I am not asking for pity. I am asking for prayer because I feel like I am being attacked from every direction, and I am doing everything I can to hold myself together for my children.

I am from Detroit, and where I come from, loyalty is not just a word—it is survival. I was raised understanding that when you love people, you protect them, you stand by them, and you sacrifice when necessary. Strength was never optional for me. My mother died giving birth to my little sister, so from a young age, life forced me to grow up fast. I did not have the luxury of breaking down or falling apart. I had to be strong. I had to help carry responsibilities that should have never been placed on me so young. I helped raise my sister. I loved her, protected her, and did everything I could for my family because that is who I am. Loyalty has always been at the core of me, which is why one of the deepest wounds I carry is trying to understand why the same people I have loved, protected, and sacrificed for seem to hate me so deeply now.

I do not understand why I have become such a target when all I have ever done is love hard, fight hard, and try to protect the people around me. I was in a relationship and marriage for twenty-three years with my ex-husband, Bryan Wallace, and after everything I gave, everything I sacrificed, and every part of myself I poured into that relationship, I have been left emotionally shattered, financially devastated, physically harmed, and spiritually broken. I have endured betrayal, cheating, financial abuse, physical abuse, verbal abuse, coercive control, threats, smear campaigns, and deep humiliation. I have been hit, threatened, lied on, manipulated, and left trying to rebuild my life while also protecting my children from the fallout of his actions. The pain of spending over two decades loving someone only to feel like they ultimately turned into one of the greatest sources of destruction in your life is something I cannot fully put into words.

What has made this even more devastating is the betrayal within my own family. I adopted my sister’s children because I was trying to protect them from abuse, addiction, instability, and foster care. I stepped in because I believed I was doing the right thing. I believed I was saving children and giving them a chance at safety and stability. Instead, I now feel like that act of love has become another source of hatred and division. My sister, who I loved and helped raise after our mother died, appears to hate me in ways I cannot comprehend. I do not know if it is resentment, pain, or something deeper, but trying to process betrayal from your own blood after a lifetime of loyalty cuts differently. It is a pain that reaches into the deepest parts of your soul.

I feel like I have spent my entire life fighting. Fighting to survive. Fighting to protect. Fighting to love people through their pain. Fighting to hold families together. Fighting to be strong when I had every reason to collapse. And now I feel like I am fighting for my sanity, my name, my children, my livelihood, and my survival all at once. I have experienced homelessness, housing instability, financial ruin, emotional exhaustion, and deep isolation. Lies have been spread about me to my clients, my family, and my community. My reputation has been attacked. My parenting has been questioned. My mental health has been pushed to its limits. I feel like I am constantly being forced to defend myself against people I never should have had to defend myself from in the first place.

I am angry because I do not understand why loving people has cost me so much. I am angry because I have been strong for too long. I am angry because I have sacrificed for people who now seem comfortable watching me suffer. I am angry because all I have ever truly wanted was peace, stability, love, and a safe home for my children, yet my life feels like a constant war. I am tired of surviving things that should have never happened to me. I am tired of betrayal. I am tired of lies. I am tired of feeling spiritually attacked. I am tired of crying. I am tired of trying to understand why I keep being broken by the very people I loved the hardest.

I am doing everything I can not to fall apart because my children need me. They need me strong, but the truth is, I am struggling. My health has suffered. My mental health has suffered. My heart is heavy in ways I cannot explain. I feel grief, rage, heartbreak, fear, and exhaustion all at once. Some days I honestly do not know how I keep going other than the fact that I know my children still need their mother.

I am asking for sincere, powerful prayer. Please pray that God gives me strength where I feel weak. Pray that He protects me and my children from every attack meant to destroy us. Pray for my mental and emotional healing because I am carrying pain that feels unbearable some days. Pray for wisdom and clarity because I need guidance in navigating betrayal, abuse, legal battles, and spiritual warfare. Pray that God exposes lies, removes harmful people, restores what has been broken, and provides stability, peace, and protection for my children and me. Pray that I do not lose myself while trying to survive this season of my life.

I have been loyal my whole life. I have been strong my whole life. I have survived things that should have destroyed me. But right now, I am tired in a way that goes beyond words, and I know I need God more than ever. I am asking for your prayers because I truly believe that when people come together in faith, God hears us. Please pray for me, pray for my children, and pray that somehow, after everything we have been through, God leads us to peace, healing, safety, and a true home
