Since 1983, Choices has faithfully served women, men, and babies across Greater Phoenix as a privately funded community health group. Grounded in the unwavering belief that every life is created by God with purpose and inherent value, we have now walked alongside nearly 290,000 clients—serving families in their most vulnerable moments and seeing more than 11,000 babies saved from abortion.

In a safe, confidential environment, our dedicated medical professionals and compassionate client advocates provide accurate medical information, practical resources, and supportive care—most at little or no cost. For those facing the fear and uncertainty of an unplanned pregnancy, we offer clarity, hope, and the unconditional GREATER LOVE of Jesus, empowering life-affirming decisions and reminding every woman she is never alone.
