ACSTO exists to make Christian Education affordable for everyone. We are able to do this by transforming tax credit donations into tuition scholarships—helping families afford a private Christian Education for their children.

Since 1998, we have awarded over $300 million in scholarships to 44,000 students attending Christian Schools in Arizona. More than 97,600 visionary Arizona taxpayers have made this possible by donating to ACSTO and taking advantage of Arizona’s unique opportunity to receive a dollar-for-dollar credit against their Arizona state income tax obligation.

• We are distinctly Christian — We work tirelessly to build God’s Kingdom through Christian Schools.
• We protect the Private School Tax Credit Program — We were the only school tuition organization (STO) to fight for the protection of the Private School Tax Credit Program in a 12-year court battle ending at the US Supreme Court where the program was upheld in ACSTO v. Winn in April 2011.
• We are good stewards — By law, we are required to award 90% of all donations we receive. We award 92%.
