DESCRIPTION:Christian single\, you’re hot\, and it’s hot\, so join us on Juneteenth\, Friday\, June 19 to celebrate God’s benevolent blessings to us in this country ahead of its 250th birthday for Freedom Field Day Friday from 6-9 p.m. at a local park in Metro Detroit’s Canton Township (that town with the Ikea!). You’ll get the location details after you register. \nThe park has available courts for pickleball\, volleyball\, and basketball as well as soccer fields and a disc golf course. We’ll also have cornhole. \nThere is no direct cost to sign-up\, but we ask attendees to donate a new baseball or other sports equipment from this list for Leveling the Playing Field\, a nonprofit that supports access to youth sports in southeast Michigan. \nParticipation in this fellowship event is not limited to a specific age range. You are not required to be a member of a particular church or denomination\, though we ask attendees are a part of a church to be plugged into a faith community.
